Club Awards Night
Tickets to attend the annual USASA Club Awards Night will be available closer to the event date.

Club Award Categories
Club of the Year
This award is all about recognizing one club's achievements over the past year (from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2024). It celebrates a club that has really made a difference at UniSA by organizing great events, keeping students involved, staying in touch with members, and achieving its goals.

Selection Process
- Anyone may nominate any USASA club for this award using the 'Nominate Now' button below
- Nominations will be assessed based on the quality of the nomination
- Quality nominations will be assessed by the Awards Selection Committee, where they will be shortlisted, and a winner will be chosen
- All nominated clubs will be advised of their nomination
- Shortlisted nominees will be announced at the USASA Club Awards Night 2024
- Winner will be announced at the USASA Club Awards Night 2024
- A winner will only be awarded if a minimum of three unique nominations are received
New Club of the Year
This award celebrates an outstanding club that has been established in the last 18 months (1 March 2023 – 31 August 2024). This club has excelled it in its first year, surpassing membership goals, meeting all USASA requirements, and becoming a valued member of the UniSA community.

Club Executive of the Year
This award is all about recognizing a club exec who stands out to the UniSA community as an outstanding leader. They've got great character and have shown real dedication to their club(s).

Selection Process
- Anyone may nominate any individual club executive committee member for this award using the 'Nominate Now' button below
- Nominations will be assessed based on the quality of the nomination
- Quality nominations will be assessed by the Awards Selection Committee, where they will be shortlisted, and a winner will be chosen
- All nominated clubs will be advised of their nomination
- Shortlisted nominees will be announced at the USASA Club Awards Night 2024

Club Event of the Year (Over 30 Attendees)
This award highlights a standout club event that engaged over 30 UniSA students. It demonstrated creativity in how it was marketed, promoted, and used space, while also achieving its key goals within budget

This award celebrates an exceptional club event that successfully engaged 30 or less UniSA students. It demonstrated creativity in marketing, promotion, and use of space while achieving key objectives

People's Choice Club Award
This award recognizes an exceptional USASA Club, as voted by by fellow USASA Clubs. This club is highly regarded among its peers for its significant contributions to both the UniSA and the USASA Club community.

Eligibility
- All USASA clubs are eligible
- Clubs must cast an eligible vote to qualify for this award
Considerations
When voting, your club should consider clubs that contribute to the UniSA community. Consider clubs that you admire, or that you have successfully collaborated with.
Selection Process
Each club will have the opportunity to vote for the clubs they most admire using the below form. The eligible club with the highest point total will be declared the winner at the USASA Club Awards Night.
An eligible vote meets the following requirements:
- Must include three separate clubs
- Clubs may not vote for themselves
- Votes for non-USASA clubs are void
- Only one submission per club will be admissible
- Only a club Executive may submit a vote on behalf of their club
Best Club Marketing
This award acknowledges the exceptional use of creativity to develop a marketing campaign or strong social media presence to promote the club or club event.

- The Awards Selection Committee will consider each nomination and select awards based on the reasoning in the nomination.

Janet Henrie Golden Calculator
This award celebrates a club with outstanding financial management, as determined by the USASA Finance Officer & Clubs Support Team.
