Health and Wellbeing Society

Cultivating mental health and building resilience - one step at a time

About us

Here at the Health and Wellbeing Society, we aim to provide a safe, judgment-free haven where individuals can embark on their personal journey towards mental well-being through a holistic approach, encompassing physical, self-care, and meditation practices among many more. We are committed to fostering an empathic, safe, and nurturing community that empowers each member to take charge of their mental health.

Who can join the club?

  • Anyone interested in improving their health and well-being can join. And it’s totally free!

What kind of events does the club organize?

  • We’ve got a mix of everything! Arts & crafts, sports activities, meditation workshops, social hangouts, and even cool stuff like crochet sessions!

How often do you hold events?

  • We aim for 2 to 3 events every month, with special events happening at least once every 1 or 2 months.

Do I need to sign up for events in advance?

  • Yes, we ask you to register for events so we can make sure everything runs smoothly. Plus, if you can’t make it, let us know so someone else can join in.

Are the events free?

  • Most events are free for members! Some special workshops or classes might have a small fee to cover materials and make the experience even better.

How can I stay updated on club activities and events?

  • Follow us on Instagram for the latest updates! Emails take a bit longer, so if you want first dibs, keep an eye on our Insta.

How can I volunteer or get involved in organizing events?

  • We’d love your help! Just send us an email to sign up as a volunteer. Who knows, you might even become an executive at our next AGM!

Our club is less than a year old, but these are the events we have organized so far!
