Motion Wednesday Morning Run: 4th September 7:45am - 9am; Par 3 Cafe; Come join us for our first run around the River Torrens at 7:45am. We will be kicking off at Par 3 Cafe where there is free parking before going for a 3km loop up to the uni bridge and finishing at Next Gen for a coffee.
