These Terms and Conditions ensures accountability and fairness whlie recognising the efforts of HWS Executives
Qualitative Criteria:

Active Contribution
Executives must have demonstrated active and consistent participation in club activities, events, and meetings throughout their term.

Minimum Attendance
Executives must have attended at least 80% of executive meetings and events unless valid reasons (e.g., illness, emergency) are provided in advance.

Completion of Responsibilities
Executives must have successfully completed all assigned tasks and responsibilities as per their role description or as agreed upon during meetings.

Positive Team Dynamics
Executives must have contributed positively to the team dynamic by fostering collaboration, maintaining respect, and supporting other members when needed.

Term Duration
Executives must have served in their position for a minimum of 6 months (or equivalent tenure in the case of short-term roles).

Exceptional Circumstances
Executives leaving their position early due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., health issues, academic workload) may be considered eligible if they have fulfilled their responsibilities during their tenure.

Prohibition of Self-Nomination
Executives cannot advocate for themselves or others solely to obtain the hoodie; eligibility will be assessed collectively and fairly by the executive team.

Non-Monetary Recognition
The hoodie is strictly a recognition of effort and contribution, not a monetary reward or entitlement.

Approval Process
Eligibility will be reviewed and approved by a minimum of two impartial club executives (the President and Treasurer) at the end of the executive term.

Annual Review
The club reserves the right to review and amend these terms annually to ensure fair implementation and prevent misuse of club funds. This may include cancellation of the End-of-Year Gift.
Summary
(Executives must have achieved all below criteria to be eligible for End-of-Year Gift. Achievement of below criteria is subject to President's and Treasurer's approval)
1. Executives must have attended at least 5 small events of the year
2. Executives must have attended at least 1 major event of the year (if applicable)
3. Executives must have shown respect, responsibility, and accountability throughout their term.
