Unfortunately, so many of us university students are particularly busy, trying to balance work, study and social life. As a result, most are unable or unwilling to commit much time to the range of extracurricular activities available at university. Luckily for me, I am privileged enough to be able to commit time for these activities, something I didn’t have at my first time at university. One commitment is representing you undergraduate Magill students, especially those who struggle to represent yourself. This is why, whether or not you vote for me as your representative in 2025, I want to foster a true sense of community and wellbeing between us, both students and UniSA staff. Another relationship I aim to build is that between UniSA and the University of Adelaide student boards who will, of course, in 2026 merge into Adelaide University. I would love to ensure we are all listened to and respected through the final stages of this merger, in hopes no student or USASA club gets left behind. I would also like to help students through any issues or opportunities you see at UniSA, issues and opportunities that I encourage you to reach out to me for a conversation about.

When I’m not studying for my bachelor’s degree in social work or working in the residential care space, I’ll usually be watching movies, cooking or baking, playing video games and sports like soccer and rugby. Otherwise, I’ll be volunteering or attending one of the many UniSA events and clubs.

We respectfully acknowledge their Ancestors and Elders, past, present and emerging. We also acknowledge the Traditional Custodians and their Ancestors of the lands and waters across Australia. It was and always will be Aboriginal land.
