Doria Yang

My name is Doria Yang.My goal in running for election is to be a voice for all international students and to seek a more equitable, comfortable, and secure campus environment for all UNISA students. I am a transfer student. In the past year, I worked in the student organization, actively promoted the promotion and smooth implementation of our national cultural activities, participated in the organization of reception activities and freshmen welcome activities many times, contacted businesses to provide sponsorship, and fought for prizes and other incentives for students who participated in the activities. I hope that I can engage in more meaningful activities at UNISA in the future, help more students have a more wonderful and happy life on campus with my experience and passion, help freshmen with the same language integrate into the campus environment more easily, and let everyone feel that they can get advice and help quickly when they encounter difficulties. We need to Fight against potential staff cuts to secure our education quality. If elected, I will devote myself to assisting every student in reducing their anxiety, promoting welfare activities on campus, and letting everyone get more help in life and study.
