Since my first committee position at 15, I have dedicated myself to values that are deeply important to me: equality, advocacy, excellence, and leading with empathy. As a social work student, I have spent three years working with nonprofits and communities around the globe, which has taught me to adopt a humanistic, person-centered approach that fosters genuine connections with others.

If elected, my top priority will be to ensure openness and transparency in my work with the board. I believe one of the most crucial roles of a student representative is effective communication; I aim to keep everyone informed about all ongoing initiatives and take honest feedback. I have been fortunate to feel heard in my own experiences, and I want to ensure that each of you has that same opportunity.

I am also committed to amplifying important messages about gender equality, fostering a safe campus environment, the concerns of international students, supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices, championing a free Palestine, and promoting environmental consciousness and climate justice.

My goal as your representative is to create a safe and happy campus community where we can all connect, break down barriers, and build friendships.

I look forward to the opportunity to serve you and represent our collective interests. With me, you will truly be in the room where it happens!

We respectfully acknowledge their Ancestors and Elders, past, present and emerging. We also acknowledge the Traditional Custodians and their Ancestors of the lands and waters across Australia. It was and always will be Aboriginal land.
