About us

The UniSA Contemporary Arts Club represents the organising committee and supportive community of the annual Contemporary Art graduate exhibitions.

Every year, a team of graduating students and collaborating staff, with the support of USASA and UniSA Creative, work together to plan and raise funds for an end-of-year graduate exhibition. Volunteering students dedicate time and energy on top of their studies to organise a highly regarded exhibition that showcases the exciting creative talent in the Contemporary Art Bachelor and Masters programs at the University of South Australia.

Simply by registering to become a member of the Contemporary Arts Club, you are supporting the organising committee and graduating students. Increasing our member numbers helps us gain traction with USASA grants, which contribute funds to this important showcase of student works and the opening night celebrations. You are also welcome – but not committed – to provide further volunteer, financial or in-kind support as we create an exhibition that is always a standout in the South Australian arts calendar.

The University of South Australia Student Association acknowledges the Kaurna, Boandik and Barngarla First Nations People as the traditional custodians of the unceded lands now home to the University of South Australia’s campuses in Adelaide, Mount Gambier and Whyalla. We respectfully acknowledge their Ancestors and Elders, past, present and emerging. We also acknowledge the Traditional Custodians and their Ancestors of the lands and waters across Australia. It was and always will be Aboriginal land.
