CHS Future Researchers Group

Academic and social outreach for student and early stage researchers in the CHS Academic Unit.

About us

The club will provide an opportunity for young researchers at different stages of their careers to interact professionally and socially in an inclusive environment through the organisation of events on- and off-campus. This club aims to provide a safe place for CHS Higher Degree students to network, share experiences and feel supported by their peers through social and academic activities. Some of the activities will involve monthly coffee catch ups, pub nights, game nights (like trivia quiz), nature walks, free lunches and workshops in the students' interest area. We are hoping post-graduate students - including Honours and Higher Degrees by Research (HDR) students - will join this group with the opportunity for Early Career Researchers to also join/remain members.
