All on- and off-campus activities must be submitted through the Event Booking Submission Form. If we do not receive your bookings through this form, your event will not be approved and your club will not be able to use club funds or be covered by club insurance for your event. Use complete the below forms to attach in your submission.
Book the outdoor kitchen with form FM-157 (must be submitted together with an FM-112) you must read and understand this agreement before placing your booking.
