Price: $100.00

The Communication Design Show of 2022 is an opportunity for all students in their final year of study to showcase their hard work during their degree. The opening night of the exhibition will be on the 25th of November and allows the opportunity for students to present their work to industry professionals, friends and family.

This year’s Graduate Exhibition is called 'This Is' which is a statement used throughout our concepting. This Is a night of celebration. This Is a chance to meet industry. This Is a night to reflect on our studies, celebrate with our cohort and feel inspired for our futures.

As students, your work will be presented in the form of a place in the exhibition, as well as the exhibition catalogue and website.

A place in the exhibition provides you with the following:

  • A pedestal to display physical design pieces as well as your portfolio
  • A large poster with your name and artwork that you will submit to us

The exhibition catalogue and website will include the following:

  • A portrait of yourself (Headshot + Extra)
  • Any social media links you wish to include
  • A brief 70-word max promotional piece of who you are as a designer that you will send us
  • 1-5 Pieces of work that you would like to show

The cost of your contribution will be $100 each. This price assists in covering the expenses required to run the exhibition and allows you a space in both this year’s catalogue/website and the exhibition. The portrait photograph of yourself will also be included in this cost and will be provided to you as a high-resolution image.

You can attend the exhibition without paying this cost, however, you will NOT be featured in the catalogue/website and a space will NOT be reserved for you in the exhibition itself. This fee is non-refundable as it is crucial to funding a successful exhibition. It cannot be expressed how valuable an industry night like this is in our early careers. For many of us, internships and work experience were not a part of our university experience and the design show may be many students first and only chance at direct contact with Adelaides great creative community.

This fee MUST be paid by 31st of August, to ensure a space in this year’s exhibition. If this is not paid by then, you will NOT be allowed a space in the show.

We will be in touch with you via email with templates and instructions on what to do next!

For any questions or queries, feel free to contact either Sam (brosy037@mymail.unisa.edu.au) or Lucy (turlm006@mymail.unisa.edu.au)
