Election Complaint

**Please Read Carefully.** This form is to be used for lodging a complaint regarding USASA election. All complaints are assessed by the Returning Officer based on the information you provide. Decisions will be grounded in the USASA Election Regulations and the USASA Constitution. Please make sure that you have read these documents first. You must complete this form in its entirety or your complaint will be dismissed. Complaints must clearly state which election regulation(s) that have been breached and must include clear evidence to support your claims. Attachments can be uploaded with your complaint but must be limited to a total of 1MB. Election complaints can be lodged from the opening date of nominations until the declaration of preliminary election results. Review of the election results as stated in USASA Election Regulation 13 will be the only dispute considered after this deadline.

Complaints must be submitted by current UniSA students. Any complaint submitted without a valid UniSA student email will be automatically rejected.

Please indicate the specific election regulation number(s) that you believe have been breached. List all that you believe have been broken.

Only one attachement will be accepted with a maximum size of 1MB.

Candidates with whom a complaint has been made against will be advised of the issue at the discretion of the Returning Officer. You will recieve a response from the Returning Officer within 3 working days.
